Q: What if I can't make it to a live class?
A: No problem, mama. All classes are available on demand for your convenience. (Bc #momlife.)
Q: What if my kids are awake/with me during class?
A: Mama, you're a rockstar. Your kiddos want to be just like you! I'll make sure to give them a wave and a shout out.
Q: What equipment do I need?
A: Recommended equipment is a resistance band and a set of light and moderate free weights. Don't have all your equipment on day one? Don't stress. Just join! You'll still get a great workout in.
